Welcome to Flash Bar Prep! My name is Leo, and I am thrilled to have this opportunity to share a little bit about my journey in the legal profession.

• Growing up and beginning my legal career in Hong Kong, I soon became captivated by the allure of the North American legal market. The prospects it offered were rewarding and challenging, prompting me to explore how I could convert my Hong Kong lawyer license to ones recognized in the United States and Canada.
• As a self-motivated individual, I embarked on a rigorous journey of self-study. I am proud to say that I surpassed my own expectations by passing both the New York Bar Exam and the Canada NCA Exam with flying colors. Now, I am a triple-qualified lawyer in Hong Kong, the United States, and Canada, and I have been privileged to assist clients in navigating complex legal issues. 

I have found out that I am also passionate about sharing knowledge with others.

• Over the past two years, I have dedicated myself to working closely with law students, particularly those from Hong Kong, to help them prepare for the New York Bar Exam and the Canada NCA Exam.
• Witnessing the remarkable success of my students has been incredibly rewarding. Many have not only passed these challenging exams but have also embarked on successful legal careers.

Motivated by my own experiences as an exam taker and the importance of having a reliable guide along the way, I decided to launch Flash Bar Prep. This website serves three main purposes:

I understand that misinformation can create unnecessary barriers for aspiring lawyers seeking admission in this region.
